Blogger and author Joy the Baker swoops into Dallas on Nov. 30 with a free baking class


Fans of Joy the Baker are in for a holiday treat. The New Orleans-based baker, teacher, and cookbook and magazine author will to be teaching a free baking lesson (and signing cookbooks) at Dallas’ Williams Sonoma NorthPark Mall on Tuesday, November 30. Or upgrade from free — $21.80 also snags you include a box of Joy’s Chocolate Sheet Cake with Neapolitan Frosting mix, the recipe she’ll be demonstrating that evening at 5 pm.

Joy’s blog, Joy The Baker blog, offers tips, recipes and fresh insights on baking cookies, cakes, pies and other tasty treats. Her Williams Sonoma product line includes baking and breakfast mixes.
