Travis and Emma Heim will bring their craft Heim BBQ and famous bacon burnt ends to Hudson Oaks, Texas

The inventors of bacon burnt ends and creators of some of the region’s best barbecue are expanding again. Travis and Emma Heim confirmed that they’ve begun construction on a new Heim Barbecue location, their fifth, a 5,000 sf dining room with covered patio and a live music beer garden in Hudson Oaks in Parker County.

“Our goal is to give the absolute best food and friendliest service possible in a fun, family friendly environment. Our Hudson Oaks location will feature a 5,000+ sqft. Interior space with full bar, private dining room for parties, huge covered patio, stage for live music, and outdoor beer garden area” Emma Heim said.

“The City of Hudson Oaks is proud to be the Parker County home for Heim BBQ, one of Fort Worth’s most unique and popular BBQ restaurants,” said Hudson Oaks Mayor Marc Povero. “I want to welcome Travis & Emma, and their team and those delicious bacon burnt ends to the Hudson Oaks family of businesses.”

The new Heim Barbecue is located at the corner of Cinema Drive and I-20.

Can’t wait that long but still want that new ‘cue aroma? Travis Heim says he’ll plans to reopen the Dallas – Mockingbird Lane location next month. That restaurant and smokehouse has been deep in rehab following an electrical fire late last year.
