This is the one Easter Brunch that beats them all

Your crazy neighbors can keep their bags of milk chocolate Easter eggs and marshmallow peeps. We’ll be at the only Easter brunch where restaurateur Judd Fruia dons a bunny suit.

On Easter Sunday, April 17, you might spot us at Haywire Plano or The Ranch at Las Colinas for their annual Easter brunch. The AYCE affairs include fresh fish and boiled shrimp, a carving station with turkeys, prime rib and beef tenderloin; a taco bar and a breakfast bar with foods you wont find at the Marriott Courtyard — steaks, housemade charcuterie, smoked salmon, blueberry pancakes, cheese grits, omelettes, smoked sausages, fresh biscuits, even fried chicken and waffles.

We always save room on our plate for caesar salad and blackened Texas Gulf red snapper, but we understand the draw of the crackle-crust fried catfish and hushpuppes. Last year, we’re pretty sure our server spotted us sneaking out with an extra dessert tucked into a napkin, so this year we’ll be better. Maybe. Especially if Easter Bunny Judd is watching

It’s $49.95 for adults, $19.95 for ages 5-12 and free for ages four and under.
