Yes, you can tailgate in designated parking lots before any game and at many AT&T Stadium events.

Can You Smoke Inside the Stadium?

Nope. No smoking is permitted inside the stadium. If you have to light up, head to outside entries A,E,F, and K at stand least 50 feet away from any stadium entrance.
