Sweet dates and Med spices amp up Cava’s new fall menu

Mediterranean-inspired dishes dominate the menu at Cava, the national spinoff of the former Zoë’s Kitchen brand that now occupies former Zoë’s spaces.

Cava hopes to win more fans with new its new fall menu, punctuated with items like Cava’s balsamic-date vinaigrette, a “Sweet + Spicy Chicken Pita” and a “Balsamic Date Chicken Bowl.”

The vinaigrette is amped up with Deglet Noor dates, which lend an earthy sweetness to salads. (They also find their way into the chicken bowl.)
