, a modern high-end steakhouse in the former Perry’s spot, was clearly designed for a high-energy night out.
A DJ, private dining rooms and patio seating options anchor the stark black and white space. The food is full-color flavor.
On a recent visit, STK’s prime steaks and housemade tagliatelle pasta enriched with truffles and mushrooms warranted stars, but it’s STK’s tator tots – golden brown with pillowy interiors – and exceedingly friendly service that will draw us back.
