Central Market stores now sells heirloom eggs with pretty colors and bright orange yolks
Central Market has introduced Pasture-Raised Heirloom Eggs at its stores across the state, just in time for Easter. The pastel eggs feature brightly colored yolks and are higher in omega-3 “heart healthy” fats. They’re also the secret to richly hued pastas, omelets and ice creams.
The pasture-raised organic heirloom colored-eggs come from “family farms” (at least that’s what Central Market claims) and sell for $6.79 per dozen.
