New Fort Worth food truck debuts with Dallas restaurant group in driver’s seat


The best food trucks are parked at riverside breweries and serve homemade kettle chips topped with with togarashi, crème fraiche and tobiko roe.

Tanner Agar’s (Rye. Craft Food and Drink.) new Barley food truck— permanently parked at Martin House Brewing Company in Fort Worth — is the only one like that I know.

How do you beat that? You don’t have to.

It’s now open every day, serving those chips plus flattop burgers, dogs and cheffy things like tea-brined fried chicken tacos, bbq pork sandos and terrific beers. He and his team are doing terrific things.
