Grimaldi‘s brings its Brooklyn-style coal-fired pizzas to Lewisville

Coal-fired pizzas, enthusiastic employees and patio views of dancing fountains — the new Grimaldi’s Pizzeria in Lewisville seems to have it all.

If you’re into Grimaldi’s version of coal-fired, New York style pizzas, check out this new place. The Castle Hills location opened this week.

The menu is straightforward: thin crust pizzas, a few salads, and handfuls of wines. Nothing fancy, but this family-friendly restaurant and its enthusiastic staff are eager to please.
