Wrangling Truffles: A gourmet truffle event in the heart of California Wine Country

In a celebration that combines the sophistication of luxury truffles with the allure of fine wines, the North American Truffle Growers Association (NATGA) is will host their 2023 Congress in Paso Robles, California. From October 8th to 10th, the Allegretto Vineyard Resort will play host to this year’s “Wrangling Truffles” event, an immersive gathering that will bring together nearly 100 of the foremost truffle growers and industry members from both the East and West Coasts of the United States and Canada. You can attend, too — it’s an opportunity for anyone passionate about truffles and fine dining to immerse themselves in this emerging field.

Educational offerings include truffle tastings, discussions on truffle cultivation, a truffle orchard tour at Caelesta Vineyard & Truffière, and wine and truffle pairings. Allegretto Vineyard Resort will host the Grand Finale Truffle Dinner, showcasing North American-grown truffles combined with locally produced Central Coast wines.
