III Forks will make a return to the Dallas North Tollway corridor with new Addison location

confirms they plan to open a new Addison location next year, marking the restaurant’s return to the Dallas North Tollway corridor. The restaurant will occupy the former Chico’s space adjacent to Snooze and across the parking lot from Neighborhood Services in Addison’s Village on the Parkway.

The original III Forks opened in 1998 and operated for 22 years along the DNT access road before closing up shop and moving north during the pandemic. In a USA Today story, I ranked that original III Forks among the best steakhouses in DFW.

Executive Chef Chris Vogeli will continue to oversee the culinary program at both locations. The beef-focused menu includes 75-day dry aged prime steaks, Durham Ranch American Wagyu and Japanese A5 Miyazaki Gyu wagyu from the Miyazaki prefecture in Japan.

III Forks is owned by Consolidated Restaurant Operations Inc. (CRO), a Dallas-based privately held company which operates and franchises 45 restaurants in the United States and United Arab Emirates.
