Eataly Dallas Hosts Exclusive ‘All You Can Eataly’ Culinary Celebration

Eataly Dallas is set to host its annual “All You Can Eataly: Festa della Repubblica” event on June 7, celebrating Italy’s national holiday with a feast.

That night, the NorthPark Center store and parking area will be transformed into an Italian piazza, replete with the scents of Neapolitan pizza and fresh pasta, paired with a selection of over 50 Italian wines. 

The event will feature a journey through Italy’s culinary regions, including spiedini grilled over wood, an Aperol Spritz bar, artisanal pizzas fired in a Neapolitan oven, handmade pastas and gelato. More than 50 wines, curated from Italy’s finest vineyards, and 25 local and Italian beers will be available for tasting and purchase.

For those seeking an elevated experience, the VIP tickets include early access, a truffle tasting, a prosecco toast, a meet-and-greet with the chefs, and a bag of Italian swag.

The all-inclusive evening (tickets $125, VIP $195) will begin at 6 p.m (7 p.m. GA) and include tasting stations throughout the property. Tickets and details for the event are here.
