Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars Announce Enhanced Food Lineup at American Airlines Center
The American Airlines Center in Dallas has unveiled a new lineup of food options for the 2024-25 season, offering fans an enhanced culinary experience. The Dallas Mavericks and Dallas Stars have partnered with Levy and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group to bring new recipes and collaborations to the arena. In particular, we loved the churros, pizzas and barbecue. What’s missing? Double Zero margaritas, a great burger and more local restaurants in the mix. . (The arena touts local suppliers and vendors, yet it seems odd the owners went outside the market for guidance and recipes.)
**Bonanno Brothers Pizza**
Chef Frank Bonanno’s freshly made Neo-neapolitan pizza using premium ingredients.
**Spring Chicken Tenders**
Hand-breaded chicken tenderloins using a a recipe from 50 Eggs Hospitality’s Yardbird restaurant.
**New Hot Dogs**
Niman Ranch all-beef hot dogs, smoked over hickory wood without added nitrates or nitrites, served on brioche buns from local Signature Baking Company.
**Zavala’s BBQ**
Good local barbecue joint’s brisket, beef ribs and sausages.

– Soft pretzels from Ben’s Pretzels
– Dulce de leche churros in collaboration with The Churro Factory
– Street tacos with La Norteña Tortillas’ excellent corn tortillas
– Smashburgers
The new menu aims to match the teams’ championship aspirations, offering high-quality options throughout the arena. Patrick Dumont, governor of the Mavericks, emphasized that these enhancements are part of a larger effort to reimagine the American Airlines Center experience.
Brad Alberts, Dallas Stars President and CEO, expressed excitement about providing fans with a wide array of fantastic food options, adding that “championship-level teams on the ice and on the court go well with championship-level food.”
The new culinary offerings debut on October 12, 2024, at the Dallas Stars’ regular season home opener against the New York Islanders.
