New Dallas Restaurant Eledi from Industry Vets to Debut with Live-Fire Cooking and Community-Focused Dining

Eledi, a new restaurant concept debuting later this year in Dallas, is a collaborative effort from three industry veterans—Anastacia Quiñones-Pittman, Victor Rojas, and Carlos Marquez—who have worked closely together at José. Operating under their newly formed Oh Hi Hospitality group, the trio brings years of culinary and hospitality expertise to this venture.

According to a press release announcing the venture, live-fire cooking will anchor the kitchen’s offerings, reflecting Quiñones-Pittman’s deep connection to traditional techniques. Rojas and Marquez will oversee operations and the beverage program.

The restaurant’s name, “Eledi,” pays homage to family by combining the names of Quiñones-Pittman’s mother and her husband’s mother, Elena and Diana. Elidi’s location is still under wraps.
