Encina’s Mighty Fine Fried Chicken and Sundaes, Just for Dad

Encina’s Father’s Day Fried Chicken Feast returns on Sunday, June 15, and it’s everything Dad deserves—crispy, golden, and unapologetically indulgent. Served family-style from 6 to 8 p.m., the three-course dinner begins with a fresh green salad before diving into heaping platters of fried chicken, cornbread with sorghum butter, hatch chile mac-n-cheese, and whipped potatoes crowned with sweet corn–chicken gravy. Bacon and tomato–braised collard greens round out the Southern-leaning spread.

Dessert is hands-on: build-your-own ice cream sundaes that invite a little childhood chaos (in the best way).

At $45 for adults and $25 for kids, it’s a generous, joyful celebration—best enjoyed around a shared table.

Or if you’re feeling really indulgent, head there for their blue corn pancakes with butterscotch brown butter.

Reservations are encouraged via OpenTable.

Because sometimes, Dad doesn’t need another tie. He needs a biscuit.
