Dallas’ Partenope Ristorante Once Again Earns Top‑50 Distinction
For the second consecutive year, Partenope Ristorante in downtown Dallas has been named to the prestigious 50 Top Pizza USA annual list. It’s the Lone Star State’s only representative among the nation’s 50 finest.
In this year’s ranking, Partenope placed 17th out of 50 pizzerias, a testament to its consistency and craft. You can peep the entire list at 50toppizza.it.
The 50 Top Pizza organization, based in Italy, says they conduct anonymous inspections and evaluates each restaurant’s crust fermentation, ingredient quality, service, and overall experience. Partenope first appeared on the list in 2022—also at No. 17—a milestone we noted at the time on EscapeHatchDallas, which was the first DFW outlet to report the national recognition.
Opened in 2019 by Naples-born pizzaiolo Dino Santonicola and his wife Megan, Partenope is a standard-bearer for Verace Pizza Napoletana. Its wood-fired pies feature a supple, blistered crust and restrained, well-sourced toppings. Standouts include the margherita, calzone and a white pie finished with fresh arugula and prosciutto.
Though the list includes many high-profile establishments in New York, California, and the Pacific Northwest, Partenope is the only Texas pizzeria to make the 2025 ranking, a distinction it also held last year.
