CRÚ Food & Wine Bar Begins New Era with Expansion and National Vision
has entered a new era under majority acquisition and a reimagined brand strategy that positions it to become the nation’s first dominant wine bar brand.
“Our goal is to redefine the modern wine bar experience,” Patrick Colombo said in an email to us announcing the company’s transformation. “We’re building something that combines a world class wine list, great food, and a sense of community.”
CRÚ is expanding its design, menu, and e-commerce platform while preparing for new openings in Atlanta and Dallas in 2026. The company currently operates ten locations across four states and three airports and plans to reach twenty five locations within three years.
