Snooze Brings Sticky Toffee Pancakes, Peppermint Drinks, and Cozy Merch for the Holidays

Snooze, the breakfast maverick with several Dallas locations, is leaning into the season of comfort with a festive new menu, spiked sips, and limited-edition holiday merch. The celebrations begin Friday, November 28, when the restaurant rolls out a lineup of drinks and dishes that taste like winter mornings and warm kitchens.

The new Sticky Toffee Pancakes lead the holiday menu. They’re scratch-made buttermilk pancakes under a pour of pecan sticky toffee sauce, finished with house-made espresso-date mascarpone and a twist of candied orange zest. It’s a dish that straddles breakfast and dessert, the kind that feels special enough for a celebration yet familiar enough to call your own.

The bar team has a few tricks up its sleeve, too. There’s a Spiked Peppermint Hot Chocolate, built on Snooze’s rich cocoa and stirred with blanco tequila, coffee liqueur, and peppermint syrup, topped with whipped cream and crushed peppermint. A Gingerbread Latte brings espresso, milk, and gingerbread syrup together beneath a swirl of whipped cream and a ginger snap cookie. For those who prefer their cocoa without spirits, the Caramel Haze Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Hot Chocolate add hazelnut, caramel, or peppermint syrup for sweetness. And the Peppermint Mocha—creamy, chocolatey, and capped with crushed peppermint—returns to the lineup by popular demand.

Beyond the brunch table, Snooze’s team is rolling out its first-ever holiday merch drop. Expect soft French terry crewnecks, corduroy breakfast hats, whimsical Snooze bandanas, and pancake-themed sweatsuits, all available in limited quantities through the brand’s new online shop. It’s playful, cozy, and unmistakably Snooze—perfect for gifting or for mornings when pajamas don’t quite make it to noon.
