360 West Magazine Includes EscapeHatch Story in January Issue


Remember this post about hot toddies, from Barb Werley, one of our wine and spirits writers? Seems Meda Kessler, the Editorial Director of the slick, savy mag 360 West, liked it too. She’s reproduced the recipe–with a shout-out to EscapeHatchDallas–in the just-out January issue. She’s also noted another EscapeHatch find: Wildwood Grill, which we told you was about to open in Southlake.

There’s a lot to like in this latest issue of 360 West. Cowboys and hats, chef profiles and how they keep fit, plus a terrific profile of my good friend and colleague Pat Sharpe, the most influential restaurant writer in Texas, written by EscapeHatchDallas contributor June Naylor.
