Hot Date: Chef Dan Landsberg, Hotel ZaZa hosting crazy good Orin Swift wine dinner on Tuesday
Dan Landsberg knows more than you do about pairing good wine with great food. How do I know this? Take a look at the menu he has planned for his wine dinner at Hotel ZaZa tomorrow. And you should know Landsberg if you don’t already; he’s one of the best chefs in town – a stand-up guy who’s both talented and nice.
