Get ready for barrel nachos and chicken tinga tacos, coming to Addison on December 28


A big barrel of smothered nachos is headed your way next week. Chef Rodman Shields sends words that those nachos and a slew of his other popular modern twists on Tex-Mex (chicken tinga street tacos, pasilla chile-rubbed skirt steak) are headed to Addison’s Village on the Parkway with the opening of Vidorra restaurant’s newest location on Dec. 28.

The casual Mexican-inspired restaurant springs from Milkshake Concepts, the crew behind Serious Pizza, Skyrocket burgers, Stirr and the forthcoming Harper’s.
