London-based Wagamama lands in Dallas. Here’s how to try it before it opens

Excellent chicken katsu curry, K-spiced pork belly on crispy rice, and pork gyoza. But Wagamama – Dallas’ shirodashi ramen (steamy with fresh noodles made in house) is the dish that will draw me back when the weather turns frosty. Their publicly announced opening isn’t until this weekend, but they’re secretly open right now. Go tonight or tomorrow if you want to feel extra VIP.
