Eataly Dallas’ La Pizza & La Pasta to feature 400 Gradi in Pizza Pop-Up

La Pizza & La Pasta, the casual pizza and pasta shop inside Eataly at NorthPark Center, will host a pizza pop-up event featuring pies from Dallas pizzeria 400 Gradi in a one-night LTO on Thursday, August 29.

On the menu: A 400 Gradi exclusive off-menu pizza, the Vesuvio, which includes fior di latte, hot salame, crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and spicy honey. We like the pizzas at 400 Gradi a lot, and this one looks exceptional.

The full menu of La Pizza & La Pasta will also be available during the event. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to Hope Supply Co., an organization dedicated to supporting homeless and at-risk children.
