The Tavern Collective Makes U.S. Debut in Las Colinas

<p data-start=”208″ data-end=”556″>The Canadian-born Tavern Collective will open Tavern on Meridian on October 22 at 1311 Meridian Dr. inside the Sandman Signature Las Colinas Hotel & Suites. Known for cozy charm, inventive cooking, and playful design, the Dallas debut aims to blend nostalgic pub energy with polished global flair.

Expect elevated comfort food with detours around the globe. Cashew Butter Chicken, Jambalaya, and Detroit-style pizza share space with shareable starters, cocktails, and a deep beer list. The 6,635-square-foot room leans into steampunk touches, eclectic lighting, muraled walls, arcade corners, and a retro playlist. The brand’s French bulldog mascot, JD, gets a dog-friendly patio and pup treats from Homegrown Hounds.

Happy Hour lands twice daily from 2 to 5 p.m. and again from 9 p.m. to close. Weekend brunch runs Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. “Dallas is a city that understands the value of gathering,” said Chris Chang, vice president of operations. “Tavern on Meridian is designed to be a place where locals and visitors alike can share meals, moments, and memories worth repeating.”

Hours: Monday through Wednesday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Thursday until midnight, Friday until 1 a.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
