Dallas Cowboys Serve Up Thanksgiving Classics, LiquidZERO Margaritas, and Post Malone at AT&T Stadium
<p style=”text-align: left;”>Thanksgiving at AT&T Stadium will look and taste a lot like tradition this year, just with more smoke, gravy and rock-star flair. When the Dallas Cowboys take the field on November 27, 90,000 fans will settle in not just for football but for one of the city’s most elaborate Thanksgiving feasts , capped by a halftime performance from Post Malone, LiquidZero Margaritas and a commemorative T-shirt to match.
For regulars, the stars of the Cowboys Thanksgiving menu are already classics. The Thanksgiving Roll, which debuted in 2023, returns alongside the Thanksgiving Bowl and the Thanksgiving Hand Pie, both beloved since 2019. Each captures the full holiday plate in a handheld or fork-friendly form, dreamed up by the culinary team from Legends Global that runs food and beverage for the stadium.
The Roll wraps pecan- and hickory-smoked turkey, savory herb dressing, green beans, sweet potatoes and cranberry sauce in a crisp egg roll shell, served with turkey gravy for dipping. The Bowl goes big — a pile of smoked turkey breast over dressing, mac and cheese, sweet potatoes and green beans, drizzled with gravy and finished with cranberry sauce and a brioche roll. The Hand Pie tucks it all into a buttery crust, creating the kind of portable comfort that fits neatly between kickoff and halftime.
Fans looking to toast the holiday can do so with a LiquidZERO Margarita, one of AT&T Stadium’s signature cocktails, which will be poured throughout the concourses and clubs on Thanksgiving Day. The stadium’s popular zero-sugar, lower-calorie margarita has become a go-to for game days, offering a lighter, easy-sipping option that still feels festive.
Legends Global’s vice president of food and beverage, George Wasai, says the goal each year is to make the game feel like a family table. “Having classic items on the menu as part of the annual tradition for America’s Team is so exciting, with all the favorite flavors coming together in fresh ways fans love.” Executive chef Marcelo Vasquez calls it “a joyful honor” to feed 90,000 people in one of America’s largest family gatherings. Concessions chef Heather Fuller adds that fans’ enthusiasm for the trio of Thanksgiving dishes has made them permanent fixtures of the celebration.
Behind the scenes, it takes monumental quantities to make that meal happen — 14,002 pounds of turkey, 16,320 pounds of the team’s famous mac and cheese, 5,131 pounds of cornbread, and 310 gallons of gravy, to name a few. Fresh herbs and greens come from WE Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College, whose hydroponically grown lettuces, Swiss chard, cilantro and baby cabbage are now part of select dishes throughout the stadium. That partnership also feeds into the stadium’s ongoing Plant-Based Touchdown program, a lineup of vegan and vegetarian dishes inspired by the farm’s produce.
Not everything at the concession stands leans traditional. Tyson Dallas Cowboys Nuggets — the blue-and-silver branded bites available in stores — are on the in-stadium menu as well, proof that fans love to snack with team spirit. And for suite diners, the Legends crew layers the feast with orange bourbon–glazed ham, praline sweet potatoes, and caramel apple pie.
To complete the Thanksgiving package, the Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop is rolling out a limited-edition Post Malone T-shirt and holiday pins ahead of his halftime performance. The shirt drops November 26 and will be sold exclusively at AT&T Stadium. Fans who can’t make the game can still find other Cowboys Thanksgiving gear online.
Between the smoke from the turkey, the sweetness of cranberry sauce, the chill of a LiquidZERO Margarita and the anticipation of a home-field win, AT&T Stadium’s Thanksgiving Day ritual has evolved into one of Texas’s most exuberant holiday tables — where football, family and food all play first string.
