Rodizio Grill opened this weekend in Las Colinas. Meat on skewers, meat from gauchos, meat on serving platters. Lots of meat. Thirty salads, too. One price.

Founder Ivan Utrera’s recipes are said to come from dishes in his hometown of São Paulo, Brazil, so there’s that.
