Jason Ferraro, formerly of Hibiscus, is new chef de cuisine at FT33. New bartenders, too.


Matt McCallister announced today that Jason Ferraro is FT33‘s new chef de cuisine. In a press release, McCallister writes, “I look to partner with people that are going to push me and the restaurant to be better every single day. I’m confident that this team will do that.”

Ferraro’s resume includes “working with” Charlie Trotter, Anne Quatrano, Bruno Menard, and Stephan Pyles. More recently, Ferraro led the kitchens at Hibiscus and The Porch in Dallas.

McCallister also announced that Tristan Price and Robert McLemore have joined Scott Augat as FT33’s bartenders. Barrel-aged cocktails will join the party in October.
