Quincy’s Chicken Shack and another star chef will open in Warren Buffet’s gigantic Grandscape development in the Colony

Billionaire Warren Buffet is busy populating Grandscape, his ginormous $1.5 billion, 433-acre mixed-use development in The Colony. He’s already established outposts of  Heritage Pizza, Hard 8 BBQ and Rock & Brews. Now he’s tapped Dallas-based restaurateur Jason Boso to add his Quincy’s Chicken Shack and Truck Yard to the mix.  According to the Grandsape website, look for Truck Yard to open this year, while Quincy’s is expected to set up shop next year.
