Wine Spectator Sting: Why their Awards are not to be trusted


Restaurant Critic Robin Goldstein, author of the new book Wine Trials, set up a fictitious restaurant and a fake wine list–even including some dogs that WS had panned in earlier reviews — and  showed that Wine Spectator Awards are only worth the price a restaurant pays to WS for registering for one.
