Morton’s Steakhouse in downtown Dallas is almost never open for lunch, but today and tomorrow are special. From 11-2 p.m., Morton’s is offering a Prime Lunch special for $25 per person. You don’t need a coupon; just mention the offer to your waiter. The offer includes a soup or salad, your choice of entree, and dessert. This is among the best deals we’ve seen from Morton’s, even though there’s no prime beef on the prime lunch special. Weird, right?   Maybe that’s why you can order their $15 prime beef burger and fries, which really are terrific. Or pop in at 5 p.m., when the Bar Bites menu starts.
