Now that summer is here, I’ve fired up EscapeHatch’s Big Green Egg a bazillion times already. Ribs, pork shoulder, yard bird, brisket–I’ve low-and-slowed it all. But if I lived closer to Austin, what would be the point? I’d eat every weekend at Louie Mueller or Snow’s BBQ. But Texas Monthly has come to the rescue…sort of.  EscapeHatch’s TM foodie friend, Pat Sharpe, pointed us to this How 2.0, which shows how Louie Mueller’s smokes and pokes their meat.
