Now that summer is here, I’ve fired up EscapeHatch’s Big Green Egg a bazillion times already. Ribs, pork shoulder, yard bird, brisket–I’ve low-and-slowed it all. But if I lived closer to Austin, what would be the point? I’d eat every weekend at Louie Mueller or Snow’s BBQ.
