Stephan Pyles is Teaching Holiday Cooking Classes

Want to know how to make a killer Thanksgiving spread? Stephan Pyles is again teaching how to make some of his Modern Regional specialties, just like he did at Star Canyon years ago. I’ve attended a few of his classes in years past. They’re always worth the time and cost.

You gotta hurry, though–these classes always sell out.

From his extraordinary PR group comes the deets:

Classes will take place in the restaurant’s private dining room, where dividing walls open to a state-of-the-art kitchen for demonstrations.
