Stephan Pyles is Teaching Holiday Cooking Classes
Want to know how to make a killer Thanksgiving spread? Stephan Pyles is again teaching how to make some of his Modern Regional specialties, just like he did at Star Canyon years ago. I’ve attended a few of his classes in years past. They’re always worth the time and cost.
You gotta hurry, though–these classes always sell out.
From his extraordinary PR group comes the deets:
Make your reservations now for Fall Cooking Classes taught by Chef Stephan Pyles, a pioneer of New American Cuisine and legendary founding father of Southwestern Cuisine.
During each themed class, Chef Pyles will share his personal insights and expertise on cooking and entertaining. Demonstrations will include a multi-course tasting with matching wines or beverages and a take-home recipe book.
Classes will take place in the restaurant’s private dining room, where dividing walls open to a state-of-the-art kitchen for demonstrations.
