Chefs for Farmers: Fort Worth Photo Album
Last Sunday at Times Ten Cellars, chef Matt McCallister his wife, Iris, hosted the Fort Worth sequel to the Chefs for Farmers event held in Dallas a few months ago. (EscapeHatch contributor Steve Doyle served as MC.)
Several hundred diners enjoyed a multi-course meal from FW chef luminaries Blaine Staniford (Grace), Dan Landsberg (formerly of Tillman’s Roadhouse), Dena Peterson (Cafe Modern), Jon Bonnell (Bonnell’s), Michael Morabito (Colonial Country Club), Zach Townsend (Pure Chocolate Desserts), Gwin Grimes (Artisan Baking Company) and Jay Jerrier (Il Cane Rosso).
What was on the plates was equally impressive: produce and proteins from Burgundy Pastured Beef, Dominion Farms, Scott Farms, and Tassione Farms.
