Meet NYC Chef Marcus Samuellson, Dallas’ Bruno Davaillon at Cadillac Culinary Challenge This Weekend

I don’t think of myself as a Cadillac guy. My grandparents were Caddy people. They loved their Cadillacs. I loved my grandparents. Maybe that means I should love their car brand, too. But so far, not so much. You too? Well, maybe that’s changing. Cadillac has been turning out some sweet rides the past few years. This weekend is a good time to check them out.

This weekend’s Cadillac Culinary Challenge Test Drive combines really good food, really good chefs (NYC’s Marcus Samuelsson and Dallas’ Bruno Davaillon) and a really good idea for the times (a Top Chef format in front of a live audience).

Head out to Willow Bend Mall Saturday or Sunday. Watch the culinary battle between the two chefs (there’s one at 11:30, 2p and 4p both days). Sample their food. Check out a car. See if you like the Caddy or the Benz or the Lexus better (you can compare them all).
