Fairmont Pyramid Hires New Exec Chef

Hatch HQ just heard from PR fave Katie Norwood, who writes that The Fairmont Dallas has appointed a new Executive Chef, Brian Armstrong.

“Most recently, Chef Armstrong served as Executive Sous Chef at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, a AAA Five Diamond property in Arizona.

“Over the course of his 20-year culinary career, he has held progressive positions at The Fairmont Royal York as Sous Chef and at Fairmont Château Lake Louise as Executive Sous Chef. Chef Armstrong is spending time developing our talented culinary team, meeting and building relationships with local food purveyors and suppliers, and exploring the city’s cuisine. We are delighted to welcome Chef Armstrong to The Fairmont Dallas family and look forward to sharing exciting new menu updates for The Pyramid Restaurant & Bar in the coming months.”
