Charles Bruen departing Ruth’s Chris Steak House for Artin’s Grill Plano

Charles Bruen, the GM of Dallas’ Ruth’s Chris Steak House, is decamping for Artin’s Grill in Plano.  Bruen’s  final day at the Dallas butter-dazzled steak house is Saturday, January 21.

“I am leaving with mixed emotions as there are many regulars that I will miss, along with my amazing staff,” Bruen wrote in an email shared with EscapeHatchDallas.com. “My last day will be Saturday (yes as in tomorrow). Sorry for the short notice but things have been happening quickly for me.” Those “things” apparently include “an opportunity to have an ownership piece” in Artin’s Grill
