Mico Rodriguez expanding his Tex-Mex concepts, will open Mesero on May 14 in Dallas, followed by Fort Worth and Frisco

Mi Cocina founder Mico Rodriguez continues to expand his Mesero brand of Tex-Mex restaurants and will open his third independent  venture on May 14, Rodriguez told EscapeHatch today.

Tagged as “Mexican Spirit – American Life,” Rodriguez and business partner Woodrow Dyer are opening Mesero on Lovers Lane in Dallas, on May 14. The menu will differ slightly from those at Mesero Miguel on Henderson Avenue in Dallas and Mr. Mesero, his original concept in the Knox-Henderson area.

Rogriguez also revealed to us that he has additional Mesero restaurants under development in Fort Worth’s Art District and Frisco.
