Monica Greene to open Pegaso Mexican Diner in Fort Worth next week

Long-time Dallas restaurateur Monica Greene, a Mexico City native, will open Pegaso Mexican Diner next week near TCU in Fort Worth. The casual Tex-Mex dining spot with from-scratch tacos, torts, burritos, horchatas and build-your-own enchiladas, echoes her short-lived BEE enchilada concept in the space now inhabited by Zoli’s NY Pizza in the OC. Pegaso is vegan-, vegetarian- and blue corn tortilla friendly.
