Cook Hall at the W Hotel in Dallas has a new chef: Vijay Sadhu
Cook Hall in the W Dallas–Victory has appointed Vijay Sadhu as its chef, following the departure of Douglas Wagenhauser, who replaced Rick Graff.
Sadhu was the opening chef for Samar by Stephan Pyles in 2010, then moved on to open Pepper Smash, a cocktail kitchen at Shops of Legacy, in 2012.
A spokesman for the restaurant says we can expect a new menu from Sadhu in June. I just wish they’d bring Belinda Chang back.
