Dallas steakhouse chef opening new restaurant in AT&T Stadium


When the Cowboys return to AT&T Stadium this fall, another familiar face will also be making his debut with the team. Anthony Van Camp, formerly the top chef at SER, the steakhouse in the Hilton Anatole Hotel, will be manning the ranges of The Stadium Club, a fancy new sports bar/restaurant inside Cowboys’ death star. The Stadium Club will be open for lunch and dinner daily, though it will be closed to the general public during games.

Van Camp’s menu will include seasonal, Texas-sourced ingredients cooked over a wood-grilled or baked in a wood fired oven. The Stadium Club will feature a large seamless video wall surrounding each of several cocktail bars and 20 flat screens throughout the restaurant.

The Stadium Club is slated to open this fall.
