Hot Date: Champagne stars in this five-course dinner at LAW restaurant at Four Season Resort Dallas on Thursday, Sept. 26


LAW Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dallas is throwing a big, fancy bubbly dinner on September 26 to mark the release of Perrier-Jouët’s non-vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Like Champagne? You’ll love this one, since there are only a few bottles of it available in the U.S.

Paolo Gama, LAW’s chef de cuisine, and Elise Cordell from Perrier-Jouët’ will be leading the five-course dinner. Each course of course, will be paired with tiny P-J bubbles.

The Champagne starts flowing at a 6 p.m. reception. When everyone’s happy (or at 6:30 p.m. even if they’re not), dinner is served. It’s a good $160 deal if you’re into this kind of thing – and everybody at Hatch HQ sure is.
