Learn to make fresh pastas with these hands-on classes at Eataly Dallas

The pasta experts at Eataly Dallas will be teaching the basics of making fresh pastas at two evening classes this month.

Slated for February 23 and 27, the ticketed events promise to teach different pasta styles in a series of hand-on lessons.  The $75 classes include your pastas plus a sampling of Eataly’s pasta pasta dishes at three of their restaurants — Il Pastaio di Eataly, La Pizza & La Pasta, and Terra. Wisely, wine pairings are included in the cost of the class. You can take home leftovers, plus all the pasta you make yourself.

Outside of a handful of key DFW restaurants, Eataly makes the best pastas in town. They make and sell more than two dozen house-made pasta shapes, and offer more than 100 dry pastas.

Sign up for either or both of the classes here. Or wait till spring to eat pasta here.
