Dee Lincoln Prime to Host Vice Versa Wine Dinner October 9


Frisco’s Dee Lincoln Prime will host the Vice Versa Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 9, featuring a four course menu by Culinary Director Julian Rodarte. The dinner will showcase rare wines from Vice Versa, one of Napa Valley’s most respected producers.

“Dee Lincoln Prime is thrilled to host this Vice Versa Wine Dinner, bringing together world class wines and an exceptional culinary experience,” Dee Lincoln said in an email to us announcing the event.

The evening begins with a reception of filet and gorgonzola crostini and crispy green tomatoes with crab remoulade, paired with Madame Zero Rosé Champagne. Courses follow with bluefin carpaccio, lobster and leeks, and filet with shaved truffles, each paired with select Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon vintages from Vice Versa.
