Want to know how to make a killer Thanksgiving spread? Stephan Pyles is again teaching how to make some of his Modern Regional specialties, just like he did at Star Canyon years ago. I’ve attended a few of his classes in years past. They’re always worth the time and cost.

WHAT:
Make your reservations now for Fall Cooking Classes taught by Chef Stephan Pyles, a pioneer of New American Cuisine and legendary founding father of Southwestern Cuisine.
During each themed class, Chef Pyles will share his personal insights and expertise on cooking and entertaining. Demonstrations will include a multi-course tasting with matching wines or beverages and a take-home recipe book.
Classes will take place in the restaurant’s private dining room, where dividing walls open to a state-of-the-art kitchen for demonstrations.
WHEN:
Dia de los Muertos Cooking Class, a unique food experience celebrating the Mexican holiday Day of the Dead – Saturday, October 30, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Thanksgiving Cooking Class – Saturday, November 20, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Holiday Entertaining Cooking Class – Saturday, December 11, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
