Chef Omar Flores to Lead Kitchen of Driftwood, New OC Restaurant


Driftwood, the seafood-focused “New American” restaurant under construction at 642 West Davis, next door to Bolsa’s new Mercado market in Oak Cliff, has secured a chef.

Omar Flores, the longtime executive sous chef of Abacus, is slated to lead the kitchen.
