Cane Rosso Fort Worth to open this week, says owner Jay Jerrier

Fans of thin, crispy, droopy-tipped Neopalitan-style pizzas (and I  count myself among them) can finally get their daily fix in Fort Worth, beginning next this week.

“We just got our CO (certificate of occupancy),” Jay Jerrier told me, referring, of course, to his newest baby: Cane Rosso in Fort Worth.

Jerrier says he hopes to have VPN-worthy pies flying out of his wood burning ovens — and out the doors — by mid-week, possibly as soon as Tuesday night.

Jerrier doesn’t cut any corners on his pizzas. Give them a try and let me know what you think.
