Shinsei Wine Dinner: Italy’s Gaia and Dallas’ Lengnick

From chef TJ Lengnick comes word of an amazing wine dinner tomorrow (Tuesday) night. Snag one of the few remaining seats if  you can.

gaia gajaGaia Gaja will be making one of her few US appearances at Shinsei.

Gaia is the daughter of Angelo Gaja, who has made his Barolo and Barbareco some of the most sought after wines in the world. Small town life wasn’t as excited for Gaia so she went to business school at the University of Persia and then spent a year in San Francisco working for both wine wholesalers and retailers. She is back working side by side with her father in Barbaresco and offsets the small town life by spending five months a year traveling to represent the family wineries.

Enjoy a 6 course dinner featuring food by Shinsei’s Chef TJ Lengnick and celerity husband chefs Dean Fearing and Kent Rathbun paired with lovely wines from the Gaja vineyards.
