Radar Range: Molto Formaggio Closing Its Preston Royal Store


Cheese purveyor Molto Formaggio plans to close its Preston Royal Shopping Center store May 15, relocating its cheeses and some of its employees to its flagship Highland Park Village store. Snider Plaza bakery Creme de la Cookie is finalizing plans to inhabit the vacated space, as we told you here last week.

Molto Formaggio owner Michael Perlmeter says the HPV store is doing well, but the Preston Royal store suffered because wine couldn’t be sold at that location.

Perlmeter says Creme de la Cookie will take over the space on June 1.
