A Man & A Pan: Chef Avner Samuels is Leading a Cooking Class at Nosh
Chef Avner Samuels, the chef-owner of Nosh Eurobistro, is cooking again–and teaching you his secrets. The classically trained chef and a founder of Southwestern cuisine is heading back into the Nosh kitchen this Saturday to lead a cooking class. He’ll be joined by Nosh execuchef Jon Stevens, who usually runs the kitchen.
While I don’t have a more thorough class description, the duo will be featuring summer heirloom tomatoes as their subject.
In lieu of a final exam, students will be expected to eat Avner’s food and drink wine.
